Third-pillar proposal requests

The third-pillar form collects your first and last names, email, mobile number, date of birth, postcode/locality, employment status, whether you already have a 3a plan, your priority and an optional monthly budget. With your agreement, Mathias uses these details to contact you and prepare insurance proposals. No medical information or attachments are requested. Requests are encrypted before storage and accessible through the private administration area. The form does not send its contents to an advertising platform. A complete summary of your submitted contact details and answers is emailed to mail@mathias-sudres.ch through Google / Gmail to prepare the consultation.

Appointments and external communication

The third-pillar landing page links to Calendly. Booking there shares the details you enter with Calendly and its connected calendar services. Other website booking tools use Google Calendar and, when selected, Google Meet; the event includes your contact details, appointment choice and any optional note you supply. Zoom or Teams links can be provided on request. These providers may process data abroad. Email and WhatsApp are optional communication channels governed by their providers’ terms. No contact details are appended to Calendly links.

Calculators

The pension growth illustration runs in your browser. For a tax estimate, the 3a calculator sends commune, taxable income, household parameters and contributions via this website to the Federal Tax Administration (FTA). The resident TOU planner additionally sends ages, religious affiliation, dependent children, salary-certificate amounts, actual income, premiums, expenses, assets and existing/additional 3a payments to the FTA calculation service, after your agreement. These entries are needed for the official model; the website requests no name, salary document, account number, email or telephone number. The website does not save the entries or send them to advertising services. Calculation responses are not cached. The FTA service processes the data under its own data-protection terms. The frontier-worker worksheet remains in your browser. The common TOU profile selector and detailed preparation worksheet run in the browser without submitting or saving their entries. If you choose to download a summary, a confidential text file is created on your device; no copy is sent to Mathias or a tax authority. Opening an official calculator transfers you to that external service; values are not prefilled or transmitted by this worksheet.

For basic insurance comparisons, the website sends your selected locality, birth year, deductible, accident cover and model choices to Priminfo (Federal Office of Public Health) and displays its 2027 results here. No name, email or telephone number is required. Calculator entries are not saved by this website.

Technical service providers

Technical providers deliver and secure the website and store enquiries on behalf of Mathias Sudres. They process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to operate the service. Mathias remains your contact for requests concerning your personal data.

Service providers and processing abroad

Website publishing, hosting and security providers operate the website and encrypted private enquiry storage for Mathias Sudres. Technical processing may take place outside Switzerland; exclusively Swiss hosting is not promised. Appointment, email and optional measurement services are described below. Mathias remains your point of contact for information about your data and its processing.

Cookies, local storage and audience measurement

The third-pillar offer pages can use the OpenAI measurement pixel only after you accept optional measurement. It measures page views, successful requests and clicks to the external booking site. Booking-link clicks are not confirmed appointments. The main website also stores a functional language preference locally.

Technical cookies may support security or private administrator sign-in. For example, booking_oauth is reserved for the administrator during calendar authorisation, for no more than 10 minutes. It is not used to track visitors for advertising. The Calendly embed loads after your third-pillar request is sent, and its links may also open the provider’s website. Calendly manages its own cookies.

You can accept or refuse measurement with equally accessible buttons and change your choice through Measurement preferences in the third-pillar page footer. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days. Without acceptance, the pixel is not loaded. After acceptance, OpenAI receives event names and technical measurement information, including the available ad click reference. No savings budget, birth date, financial simulation or insurance needs are sent as event data. OpenAI automatic advanced matching may detect contact details, normalize and hash identifiers in the browser to match conversions. OpenAI may process data abroad. The pixel may use first-party __oppref (30 days) and __obref (365 days) cookies; withdrawal disables future events and removes these cookies. Rejected events are not replayed.

Microsoft Clarity — Privacy

Use, access and retention

Details are used to handle your request and arrange advice. Landing-page requests are available in the private inbox for 90 days, then removed during the next intake or administration operation. Relevant ongoing client records are managed separately under applicable retention duties. Contact Mathias to request earlier deletion. A short-lived form token and a pseudonymous rate-limit record help prevent abuse.

Your requests

Contact mail@mathias-sudres.ch to request access to or correction of your information, ask about deletion, or withdraw a consent you have given. Requests are considered under the applicable data-protection rules and any legal retention obligations; identity verification may be needed. You can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner about data-protection concerns.

Optional visit analysis

Across the public pages of this website, Microsoft Clarity loads only after you accept visit analysis. You can refuse or change your choice using Measurement preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days and applies to this domain; Clearwise and mathias-sudres.ch keep separate choices. Visit analysis alone does not activate advertising measurement. Clarity measures masked reading, scrolling and clicks. Recording stops before you interact with a form, calculator or booking area and does not restart on that page. No personal answers or contact details are sent as custom events. Private administration and embedded tool sessions are excluded. A booking click is not a confirmed appointment. Microsoft may process technical data in the United States. Clarity may set _clck and _clsk cookies after consent; Microsoft advertising storage remains denied. Withdrawal stops collection and removes these cookies. Refusal does not block the site or its tools.
